I’m Jillene Potter — a Registered Nurse with 28 years of ICU experience who became a Functional Nutritionist and Functional Hormone Specialist after realizing that women in midlife weren’t being given real answers.

When I turned 40, I started noticing changes in my own body that I couldn’t ignore.

My sleep wasn’t the same.
My energy was different.
And things that used to work for my health just… didn’t anymore.

As a Registered Nurse , I had spent years caring for people in crisis. But when it came to women’s health in midlife, I kept seeing the same thing over and over again — women being told their symptoms were simply “part of aging.”

These concerns were often dismissed as normal.

But I knew there had to be more to the story.

So I started digging deeper.

I pursued advanced training in areas like gut health, hormones, perimenopause and menopause, metabolism, GI-MAP stool analysis, DUTCH hormone testing, blood chemistry interpretation, and root-cause functional medicine approaches.
